This project is the brain child of the fabulous Julie Bell. Julie describes "Ancient Gates" as "Prayers & Promises for Pregnancy & Birth"
Her many years as a practising Doula have lead Julie down the path that would eventually prompt her to write 24 incredible meditations, that are written to help the expectant mother prepare to bring her child into the world.
It was always Julie's intention, to collaborate with Mick; what you see here is the end result of that collaboration i.e. 18 (mostly) instrumental tracks that underpin the meditations; we thought that you might like to hear the tracks just on their own, so here they are.
