This song was birthed on a retreat one weekend. We were having a creative moment of prayer. Black and white photo's were spread all across the room and people were asked to find one that spoke to them and form a prayer based on how it moved them.
An older gentleman picked up a photo of what looked like a child running from it's mother to the outstretched arms of his father.
All the gentleman said was "who has the greater joy, the child running to the arms of the father, or the father receiving the child?"
